Does Your Bra Wardrobe Stack Up?
By Jackie Burns MSN Shopping Contributor
We've all been guilty of performing one bra faux-pas or another at some stage in our lives. Whether it's the white bra under white t-shirt no-no, the "wow it must be cold in here" no-no, or my own personal favourite where you realize your trusty undergarment wasn't so trusty upon uploading the X-rated photos no-no. Tamara Glick, founder of Trademark Image Consulting, says you can avoid many of these all-too common brassiere blow-ups by maintaining a basic but well-stocked bra wardrobe.
Here are Tamara's suggested bra essentials:
Three to four regular day bras: These are bras that are seamless and very plain. You should have one or two seamless bras in black and two in a flesh tone that matches your particular colouring. This can range from a blush colour if you're very pale to a cocoa colour if you've got a really rich skin tone. They would be suitable under any regular t-shirt, blouse or even a sweater and provide no lines that would be detected outside of your clothing. A slightly moulded cup will ensure you won't be a walking temperate gauge when you enter a room!
A push-up bra: Like a sexy pair of jeans, every woman needs at least one push-up bra. Opting for one with a lower front will come in handy when wearing a top with a lower décolleté. Plus, who doesn't like a little added lift now and then?
At least one athletic bra or sports bra: Depending on how often you're active, you may need an entire wardrobe worth of sports bras that provide enough support while you're sweating at the gym.
A strapless or convertible bra: Most strapless bras nowadays are convertible; they come with detachable straps and those allow you to create a halter neck, one shoulder or criss-cross back. It also gives you the opportunity to feel secure in having straps that match whatever neck line you are wearing.
A long line bra: This style of bra is one that most people today don’t give much credit to but they can be really handy in creating a very smooth look under a dress or a tight-fitting top.A sexy bra: No explanation needed for having a bra that is strictly for fun!
Editor's note: Some of the early commenters on this entry have mentioned that they have trouble finding bras in larger sizes, no matter what the style. Our bra section has many bras in larger sizes, particularly those being sold by The Shopping Channel. A few commenters have mentioned finding out that they were wearing the wrong size of bra, and found much-better fitting bras after learn what their real bra size is. According to some experts, close to half of women wear the wrong size of bra. Obviously this lady is small chested or she would understand the above doesn't apply to large chested women or to working class women. It comes down to a bra that provides support without causing too much pain. When you are large chested you don't give a rattler's fart if a seam shows, as everyone is looking anyways.

lmao, yeah right... I'm lucky if I can find 1 bra, let alone 2 or 3 of every style.
Posted by: Softwear | Oct 29, 2009 9:59:29 AM
Um, do you know how much a bra costs? By my count you've got us buying 8 - 12 bras, and that's not counting maternity and nursing bras! Then they need to be replaced every 2 years or so...Oh, and I'm a 36 E. Trust me, I do NOT need a push-up bra!
Lastly, molded cups might be good at preventing embarrassment when it's cold, but they gap at the top of your breast, pushing your shirt away from your body, making them very visible.

ladies, ladies.. please be gentle. Jackie has no clue what you talking about. She is just trying to make a living by writing articles. Give her a break. How would she know what it is like to be well endowed? Just like most contributors to MSN or any other online media, the authors hardly do any real research. This is articles by the letters (like consulting by the pound). Something to fill up space and the Internet.
Let’s encourage them to come back with something better.

Really if you are going to post an article about bras, try doin a little reaserch into things like how to find a proper fitting bra, places you can go to find better priced bras, and try to keep in mind that there are alot of women who are larger than a D cup which is a whole different ball park, rather than what colour and style to buy. A good article starts with researching for more than just the D cup and under sizes.

Wow. If you can afford it...do it. Its pays to look and feel sexy. These are suggestions not rules, everyone calm down.

A good place to find larger cup sizes is marks and spencer's. They're based in the UK, but if you're ordering a bunch of bras (maybe get some girlfriends together) it works out to be reasonably cheap. They charge a flat rate shipping to north america regardless of how much you order so it's best to order lots. My size is rather hard to find here, and for years I thought I was a 34D... way off. Anyways, I discovered this store and have been well supported and stylish ever since.

I found out over the weekend that I was wearing the wrong size bra. Firstly i am wellendowed and was wearing a 42c, after being sized properly I now wear a 38 d orthotic bra due to health problems and find it to be great. I agree that bras can be expensive but if they fit properly who really cares what you have to pay. Mine cost 145.00 and as I said it is the best investment I have ever made for myself.
Posted by: J | Oct 29, 2009 11:00:19 AM
Is it not more imortant to have a bra that actually fits properly opposed to being "sexy"? Bras that do not fit properly can do a lot of damage to tissues, shoulders, back, etc. With statistics showing that 80% or more women in North America do not wear a properly fitting bra, perhaps a better article would be one that educates women how to find a proper fitting and perhaps still sexy bra.

Hahaha I love the comments here. I was thinking the same thing as I was reading through... I am self conscious enough about the size of my girls that the very last thing I need is more weight or volume, thank you very much. Who cares about "hiding a seam" what are we, in grade 3? Yes, women have breasts, and yes we wear bras. Get over it and let's move on. Every woman I know has about 2 "go to" bras that fit most of these descriptions, and one strapless/convertible. This is clearly just a ploy to get us to buy the bras the author has ever so generously provided links to throughout the article. Just keep doing what you're doing and if you need a new bra, buy one that you like, that suits and flatters your shape.
Posted by: Empathetic & understanding | Oct 29, 2009 11:05:15 AM
I entirely understand the women commenting who are "well endowed" and don't feel that this article applies to them. But is just an article, targeted at the 'general' public. There are just as many women with next to no breasts, to whom this article may not fit the mould either. Small or average chested women have just as many troubles finding the right bras, just in different ways. Best case senario, the best place to start if for every woman to go to talk to a person ( not an article alone) , a proffessional and get a proper bra fitting ( doing one on yourself may not always be accurate ). Happy boobs, make for happier women, which makes for a happier world altogether haha.

I think its pretty coincidental that each of these women posting seem to grow in breastsize...36D, 46DD, 38G, 36F....Its like a boobie congaline! I agree with Molly Lou Lou (although not with her parent's choice of name) that polite dissent is much more attractive that furious, offended diatribe.
Posted by: Lairenn | Oct 29, 2009 11:12:13 AM
Actually my experience with a 'plunge' bra is that the girls make a break for it every chance they get and I'm really only a C38. Yeah I like the padded bras but either they're all push ups, too deep in the V or too thick adding a cup size where i don't need it.
I found two bras I really like....one's frm Sears. The triumph bra which more or less does what it should but that bra cost me 45 $ and for some bizarre reason only comes in black and white? WTF?
and forget about Victoria! I would love to own a bra from there that fit but none of them do. If they fit they don't hold you in. If they hold you in they give you double boobs. And no I haven't had the third option where they just fit.
Even the model in the pick isn't really more than a high B. Bah

BEST BRA EVER WonderBra 3364 - It's seamless and very supportive. The box claimed that the bra would reduce the "perceived" size of my breasts by 1 1/4 inch all the way around and it does! I love this bra and have been buying it at WallMart for 4 years now for $22.00. They carry the bra up to a 44DD.

I'm a B-34 call me flat if you want and ya I love my push-up bra's and a lot of women in the world aren't well-endowed like these women bitching and complaining.... ITS AN ARTICLE! Posted by: Amy | Oct 29, 2009 2:21:07 PM
I think it's unfair to get mad at someone just because you hate your big boobs. Get a reduction if it's that big of a problem for you. But don't get mad at me just because my 32C's are cuter and perkier than yours, and will be for a lot longer. Obviously this article is not geared towards women with huge knockers, so get off the site. People just need to learn to be happy with their bodies. I have a giant butt, but you don't see me complaining that people aren't telling me exactly where to go to find jeans that fit. I deal with it, and search everywhere I can find on my own. Quit complaining about things you don't really want to change.

There are alot of women out there of every size, who have been looking for a bra, that will cover their cleavage and give them a great professional look. the 9to5 bra, has soft microfibre cups and underwire, with a sexy lace band, its designed to cover your cleavage so you don't have to wear a bra and a tank top under all your work clothes. Its meant to be seen and nobody will know its a bra, they'll think you are wearing a tank top, but you won't have the extra fabric to tug on all day.
Its available in sizes 32B to 38E.

i work in the fashion industry and find that a lot of women are not wearing bras that fit properly and some of my older clients are wearing these bras that dont fit because they are the only ones that have a frontal closure as they have various reasons for not being able to do up the bras that close at the back . the ones they found here were at sears and definitly utility variety they are playtex. the bridge is about three inches long which is good and that is the only good part of these bras. does anyone know of another company that produces bras for senior bodies with a front closure. If you do let me know! thanks

Ladies, My name is Ari Zucker. I am part of the Change group of lingerie stores. We have 14 stores in Canada and over 120 worldwide. After reading the article above and your comments following, I felt I could possibly help at least one of you find an alternative to your current bra suplier and maybe introduce you a new store, where you can get fitted and shown a bra that will fit. We have many different styles, push ups, padded, full cup, sports, etc. We carry tons of sizes from A cup to J and bands from 28-44. Almost all our bras can be purchased in the range of 40-70$. Now we are even having a promotion where all bras are reduced to 3 price points 20$/40$/60$ and we will donate 1$ for each bra sold in October to Breast Cancer Research. All the bras come in this wide range of sizes not only the black and white ones. I urge you to check us out. www.change.com

Hi ladies,
Two very important things to keep in mind about bras. I know I hate wearing them, but it's sometimes a neccesity: if you can find a bra without metal underwire that fits, that would be great. I worked with an energy healer and apparently the metal stops the flow of your energy. Second thing to keep in mind is to wear a bra that is not too tight or too small. There have been some studies that have linked breast cancer to wearing bras that are too tight. Fit and comfort are important, but most of all health. Try researching these topics if you want to learn more.
Cheers ladies, and remember, it's not the size that counts, it the woman behind the boobs! Be thankful for what you've got!

Now after 3 kids I am now a 34h I did not know theses existed until a frind helped me. there are real bra shops that feally do fit all size women and no one will be left out. there is a cost to this happyness I only owne 2 bra because they cost $180 to $250 each so I am trying to do one per year if I can.

I don't see hostility, just people commenting on their own particular situation.
Ladies, you all have your own beauty and I for one appreciate every curve whether big or small. It's what's in your heart that counts, not what's in your bra! Although I must confess I was looking at the article for more hints and ideas on fiding the proper size and fit rather than what every girl should have in her garment bag.
Best wishes...

I just want to point out that just because I'm not even a B cup size doesn't mean I can wear a push up bra....I wear the same styles as my sister, who is a double D... people need to stop critisizeing people for being big or small breasted...They both have pros and cons, for example, I have no clevage, no matter what, but I can fit into shirts easier then my sister. She looks better in V-neck shirts.. it's a fact of life, and woman are too mean to eachother..
Posted by: dick longlevel | Oct 29, 2009 7:21:23 PM
woa Christina...on a serious note... really...
Lots of guys, me included loves small fit breasts... some people like chocolate, some like marshmallow...(I actually like chocolate and marshmallow... sorry)... but i hope you get my point.... I find the people that make the breast envy, are women with large breasts. I dated a girl with DDs, she thought she was amazing, and always spoke of her hot breasts... they were big, they were not hot neither was she, and it was the attitude about her being better due to boobs that made me unattracted to her....... I dated a girl with Bs... she was absolutely sexy and beautiful .... its too bad that the brainwashing affects self esteem....
Posted by: Julie | Oct 29, 2009 7:25:56 PM
I just wanted to say that for those of you with larger breasts I recently visited la senza (who now carries DD and E) with my mother who has been having a lot of trouble finding a suitable bra especially at regular lingerie stores, that had the support, comfort and a really nice look. I encouraged her( ok begged her) to get fitted, and when she did found out that she was a lot bigger than she thought. The salespeople were able to find bras that suited her needs (no push up obviously) and that she was comfortable with.
I suggest whether or not you are (or think you are) an A or an E you get yourself measured. That's what the individuals at the store are there to do. Let them help you.

I would like to add to all of your comments that it is also difficult to find a nice looking, comfortable bra when you are not well endowed. I never have trouble finding the C and D and DD and so on in the bra spectrum, but an A? Forget it. I've even asked at certain stores and been told that they do not even bother stocking that size in most of the nice styles. It takes patience, a little luck and a lot of stores to find a good bra no matter what size one happens to take.
Posted by: mojo | Oct 29, 2009 8:24:27 PM
where can i find a 44DD bra? really? where? the ones i've purchases are not nice looking at all! just because we are big breasted doesn't mean we have to wear ugly ones - and when they're real, they do sag - no Pam Anderson here.....au naturel!

mojo i know how you feel..best place to find them is addition elle or pink tree...I have gotten all mine from addition elle and they are nice and they work wonders and they run for at 30-50 bucks..just depends how fancy you want them.

Posted by: Serena | Oct 29, 2009 9:23:24 PM
Ladies, all breasts are fabulous! Don't let them divide us, let them and their power over men bring us together.
And I understand where all the frustration is coming from. It seems that not many stores carry proper sizes. I'm a 30DD... imagine how hard that is to find!
Posted by: Skinny | Oct 29, 2009 10:59:43 PM
For all you ladies who are saying they are very well endowed and that this lady has no clue what she is talking about come on. If you are a 38G obviously you are not in great shape as breasts are just fat stores and mammary glands. So maybe get your butt off this computer and quit complaining about not getting any information about big breasts and shed a few pounds. If your big breasts are giving you extra health problems that clearly is a sign that there is a immediate need in change of lifestyle. I know that all women come in different shapes and sizes and there is the few of you who do have rediculous sized breasts at average body sized but this does not apply for every single women replying to this article
Posted by: unknown | Oct 29, 2009 11:12:16 PM
this article is by far the WORST ARTICLE i have ever read. You have no consideration about other full busted ladies. When writing an article, especially about bras, you should do some research and include everyone and not just certain females. The information is so obvious first of all, no thought or effort was put in the article. I work for LaSenza and i could have written a way better article thatn is. How much do u get paid for this non-sense article. This is not even worth posting online. Sorry next time put more thought in ur article and think of who your readers are and a little tip go to bra stores and find out what women of all sizes like wearing and what they find comfortable.
Posted by: Alicen | Oct 29, 2009 11:52:34 PM
Hi Ladies,
I have actually worked in bra fitting shop and have had the opportunity to help many women with their breast health. Do your bras stack up?
Ladies come in many different shapes and sizes. And roughly 80-90% of ladies are wearing the wrong bra size. European bras are most often more expensive but you are paying for quality. Here are a few things to keep in mind,
You always want your band to firm around your body. If it is not firm it will slide up your back causing your breasts to fall forward and your straps to fall off your shoulders. Your band should be parallel in the back with the bottom part in the front.
Most women have shorter shoulders and have to look for a strap that comes through the center or the bra. Balconette bras are very sexy but for most women they will not work.
A full support bra is a must to ensure that the girls stay where they are for longer or to help lift them when they have started to head south. A full support bra is a bra with seams in the front. Sometimes there can 1-3 seams. There is also a side seam that will push the tissue in which will actually make your breast look smaller if you are more busty.
Smooth cups, molded, or stretchy bras are low to medium support. They are good for sweaters and t-shirts. Because they have less structure they actually make your breasts look round which in some cases makes you look larger.
The whole showing the world what the temperature is, to me, funny. They put nipples on manicans now. Everyone has nipples, men, women and children. But that being said, everyone has a different comfort level and if you have a material bra, or a full support bra you can get foam nipple covers. Invisible's are a good brand.
You breasts should be inside your frame and in between your shoulder and your elbow. This is just a guideline, keep in mind everyone is different. This makes them look smaller and more in proportion.
Every bra fits differently. If someone was a 36F in one bra but tried on another 36F that the cup was to big but the band fit, I would take them to 36E. This one is obvious but there is something called alternate sizing that can become a little confusing, hence why there are fitters that know the rules and the stock. An example of alternate sizing would be: If a lady was in a 34G and the cup fit but the band was to small, I would take her to a 36F. Or if the cup fit and the band was to big you would take her to a 32H. Same cup size, different band size. 90% of support comes from the band.
Not everyone is made for under wires, but it is unfortunate that there is less selection for non-underwire bras.
The under wire of a bra should never stick out and show through your shirt. It should sit flat against your chest or close to it.
Push put bras most often only come in up to a D cup. They are great if you are looking for a little more size then what you have naturally. They don't always give a great shape. Sometimes pushing the breasts together giving what I call a UNABOOB
Last but not least...Some ladies are hard to fit, other ladies are super easy. A fitting could last anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. If you try on tons of bras and you finally find one, stick with it. I love the brand Freya, they are normally made for larger sizes but I love the support and the shape. Not overly pointy. Not every store will have the bra that you are looking for, and there may be only a few options in the market. Always keep an open mind and you will be sure to eventually find something. Bras are worth the money. Save the back pain not the money.

Hello,
Thanks for the advice. However my titties are so large (42FFF) they simply bust out of every bra I have tried. On more than one occasion a strap has let go and I've been left with one sagging much lower than the other. Not to mention the cost involved as many a time I have had to have custom bra's made to prevent my flesh from protruding outside the cups. I also have very large and very dark aureole, thus I require a heavy fabric for the cup material or else I look as if I am the first contestant in a wet t-shirt contest whenever I wear a blouse or light sweater. I am almost at the point of giving up and simply going bra-less, even if this means that every man in the room is going to stare at my chest. Do you have any other suggestions?

I understand it may be very hard to find a bra, I have heard of ladies with the same problem. Some women have actually sewn a piece of material to cover the extra skin. Other then that...I am not sure.

The one good thing about this article is that it opened the doors to discussion and once the ranting stopped some good information came in from the readers. Thank you to all the well informed women who took the time to offer some sound advice. To you skinny all I can say is you have no idea what you are talking about, having 4 kids and breast feeding them all, which is in my opinion one of the most amazing experiences of my life, gave me less than ideal breasts, not being what you call an out of shape person, as the rest of me is in great shape. Lets "support" each other not condemn.
Posted by: Alicen | Oct 30, 2009 1:35:46 PM
One thing about Skinny's comment, if it were just as easy to loose wait so it was easier to find bras, how do you explain someone with a small rib cage and larger breasts like a 32H? And there are women with larger rib cages that are not 'fat' at all. Your comment in my opinion is very rude and uncalled for.
Posted by: 34 A | Oct 30, 2009 7:24:41 PM
To mojo: I have the same problem at the opposite end of the spectrum. Try finding a nice bra that fits that doesn't come out of the "Junior Miss" or "Training" section. Bra shopping can realy hurt a woman's self-asteem. Especially as one always finds the size that she is not. As for a 44DD? I've found nice looking ones at The Bay, Walmart, Zealars, and La Senza. Good luck in the battlefield known as Bra Shopping.

Oh, and I'm not sure if this has been answered, but the best bra for under a white shirt is a beige or neutral toned bra that best matches one's own skin tone. For some this may be a shade like "nude", "honey", or "fawn". Try to find one that matches your foundation or concealer (if you wear such things) and that is probably your best bet. If you're darker, don't be afraid to go darker to match your skin tone. Same goes for those with a porceline or peaches and cream complexion. To Alicen: Thank you for your well informed and "suportive" post. I have a friend who is larger and sometimes a corsette is her solution to end the back pain. What do you think? I know they are not for everyone, and are pricey, but there are some good ones on the market.

Hey, what is the best bra for somebody smaller than an A Cup but needs to cover up the buds?

Women also need a bra that covers their cleavage, so they don't have the bulk or a tank or a cami under a dress or blouse. The 9to5 bra by Wink Intimates, has stirred up some controversy http://www.womenspost.ca/content/the-9-5-bra-gets-sexist-reviews-dragons-den

Ladies, ladies, ladies....I agree with both sides of this debate. The women with small breasts seem to have the same issue of finding the perfect bra, as the women with larger bust sizes. So lets all be a little united here, and not close-minded to those who have bra issues big or small.
My mom and my sister both have DD's and im a C34 and my other sister is a B34, so i know about all the issues that come along with finding a bra that fits your body its hard, whether youre blessed with an ample bust or blessed with having small breasts.
To the Ladies with ample breasts Show em off and be proud ladies! You're all hot and you know it! Flat chested girls wish they had what you have!
To the small perky ladies, be proud that you have perky boobs to show off, find that perfect bra and show them off, all different shapes and sizes are beautiful, LADIES recognize this! :)

I had a reduction 11 years ago and as someone who has had both large (42EE) and small (smaller... 40 C) boobs I would say that it is easier finding something that you feel good in when you are a smaller size. You can buy off the rack (no pun intended) and it fits!! When you are of a larger chest it is hard to find something that you feel sexy in as most of them seem to be built for a lady who loos like you have some kind of armer on. Now it doesn't matter if you are big or small... as long as it is comfortable.
Take care, love yourself and celebrate who you are!

I can appreciate the frustration that was in alot of the comments. I am a retailer specializing in bra fittings. We are really surprised at how many women there are walking around in bras that are way too small and uncomfortable. Most women walking into our stores (I'm talking 70-80% here) are telling us they're D cups or DD's when in fact they are F cups or greater.
We understand how they automatically think they are smaller in the cup sizes because most buy the bras at department stores. They usually only stock up to a D or DD.
We found that great fitting comfortable bras have to have excellent engineering behind them. The majority of what we sell for example are of European origin; much better quality/fit. You get what you pay for. I don't know about you but I know as a woman I'm going to wear the most comfortable bras I can find and I definately believe that if they cost more I am definately worth it. I like my girls up high where they belong.
Come to us for comfort and quality!! La Belle Femme in Edmonton and Sherwood Park AB.

i am a slim woman so 34b look like c cups on me, in fact skinny woman that r a cups sometimes get boob jobs to bigger b cups to look bigger yet natural, so i dont think 34b is flat at all.. if there is anyone that thinks thats flat. just thought i say that for some reason lol.

excuse me John Taylor you seem to have a very twisted view of womens sizes. at 5`7" tall and 139lb and 55 years old, I have breast fed 5 children, which has left me with an ff cup size, this has nothing to do with being overweight! and there are as many different reasons for being big busted as there are women in this world, if you are unable to be objective in your outlook it will be hard for you to find any woman to be friendly towards you, so please keep any unfavourable opinions to yourself in the future. ps." if you have nothing nice to say, don`t say anything" is a good philosophy to live by.

Right on Maggie! I am so fed up with men's perverted idea of what women should weigh!! and why or why not they have larger breasts.. I started out with barely c's and after breast feeding 4 babies, have grown to DDD. Believe me I would go back to the C! But to put oneself under the knife.. its a scarey thing. As will all consumer products, the manufacturers need to look at the real public and needs, not what you perverted, male pigs THINK should be the ideal. Wake up and celebrate the differences!

Its surprising how not a single article has been written about plus size girls with small cup sizes. i am a 42 aa, yes, thats right.. 42 double-a. even trying to find a bra that fits without being custom made is near impossible, not to mention finding one that makes the girls bahave, or looks good in any way. so someone out here tell me how i am supposed to have more than a single bra for all occaisions? forget strapless, or seamless, i just want one that offers enough support in the front without giving me a C-cup in the back!! how about someone make a wide-band bra in an A cup? fat girls have small boobies too you know! not all of us are double D's!

If you are looking for European sizes (28-40, DD-KK), try Bravissimo online. They are a british company that sell beautiful bras for reasonable prices. I haven't seen any that are more than 60 dollars or so. This company also sells dresses, tops, PJ's...you name it! They deliver to Canada also. Well worth the money!

Comment to mon, I understand your dilemna finding a decent fitting bra and I do agree WalMart is a good place to start but I found that most of the fashions you find there are general public sizes. I had the most mortifying experience ever. I happen to be a most unusual size (36 DDD) I went into a plus size store that do proper fittings all the time, and of 400 bras in the entire store (every one of them under $80) They found only one. Lo and Behold it wore out in less than 4 months. And pregnancy bras Ha! I have to get a bigger size around the ribs, to make room for the extra 2 sizes I go up whenIm breastfeeding, I have discussed with my doctor about having a reduction done after I am done with having my kids, but with no guarantee that they will stay that way, I'm not so sure whether its a good idea. Any suggestions? I agree this article is not meant for women who are larger chested best thing to do is find a bra store in your area even if you need to travel a distance to find one that is not only good fitting, and comfortable, the sales staff know thier job, and are friendly and happy to assist you. I live near Calgary, Alberta, CA and there is a special store that will measure you and literally build you a bra specifically tailored to fit you. If you are lucky enough to have a store that can do that near you then please, use it. I cannot afford the high price of the bras that they make. I swear they put gold thread into them for the price they want to charge, so *sigh* I guess my girls will have to squeeze for another few years...

Wah wah wah! I have a big chest! :-( Try being small chested ladies! I wouldn't even consider a sports bra, as there's no padding. Or seamless, as there's no padding. Push up would be nice but I have nothing to push up. So yeah. Everyone has issues with buying bras. It's why plastic surgeons make so much money. Quit your compalining!

Its so hard for me to find bra's,i have a hormone problem so one of my breast wont ever grow but the other one will =[
its so noticable one of my breast are a 39B and the other is not even an A cup.
So obviously bra shopping isnt easy for me cause no bra will ever fit since i have to different sized breast.
I am even on birth control and that wont help but im also on birth control for other reasons..
Anyway this was pretty pointless for me to read since i cant ever get a bra to fit both breast.

Bra problems? Not for me! My picks are the Fruit of the Loom sports bras from WalMart--very comfortable and affordable. Another absolute fave for every day is Elita Silk Magic--no hooks, no lines, no wires and fits perfectly!

I have a bra feddish, or underwear problem. I have to match even for every day or laying around the house in sweat pants. The thing is you replace them from time to time one set at a time and it doesn't have to be so expensive all at once. They really do last a long time especially if you never dry in the dryer. Some of my sets are probably 3 or 4 years old so therefore I have lots to choose from, different colors different styles,I actually have an underwear wardrobe, and you just keep building on it. I would say I buy 3 or 4 sets per year .

For ladies with large breasts I have found a great site to shop at: http://www.bravissimo.com/default.aspx
They have bras for well endowed women, starting at a D cup and going all the way to J in some styles, and they are VERY pretty bras! They are a little bit more pricy, but when you have alot to support, and the fact that they are quality made, it makes it worth it. They will also ship to Canada.
I have purchased many bras from this company and absolutely love them and I am a 32 E.

Thank goodness they don't sell male underwear in sizes that refer to their dicks. Man I don't think I could handle having to go through anything like bra shopping. I'm glad I buy underwear and shirts and clothing and all it is is medium. Simple.
But it is nice to hear woman talk about their breasts.
